Metal Panel Structure and Installation Guide
This is a technical document for selecting the optimal structure to suit the application and design.
1Comparison of panel structures
| Structure name | Design (joints/screws) | Workability | Main uses and features |
|---|---|---|---|
| ① Flat cut | △ Exposed screw heads | ◎ Very easy | Low cost. Suitable for partial use in fixtures and interior design. |
| ② Four-way bending | ○ Standard | ○ General | Anti-detachment structure. Most versatile. |
| ③ Fold | ◎ Flat surface | ○ Standard | Minimalist design. Ideal for interior walls. |
| ④ Partial folding | ◎ The sides are beautiful | ○ Standard | Effective for edges and other areas where the side is visible. |
| ⑤ Honeycomb | ◎ Large size compatible | ○ Lightweight | Large-area walls and ceilings. Non-combustible and heat-insulating. |
| ⑥ Back bar suspension | ◎ High precision | △ Heavy | High strength. Suitable for large facilities and exterior panels. |
2Panel structure details
① Flat cut panel

This is the simplest structure, secured with through screws. The screw heads can be hidden with "adhesive parts" made of the same material.
② Four-way bent rivet fastening

A highly safe structure that physically prevents the surface material from falling. The backing material can also be used as a joint.
③ Fold-in type

The surface material is wrapped around to the back. No fasteners are visible on the surface, resulting in a very flat and beautiful finish.
④ Partially folded structure

Ideal for areas where the sides are exposed, such as edges. Allows for versatile use, ensuring strength without revealing rivets.
⑤ Insulated honeycomb panel

The core material uses non-combustible honeycomb. It has high rigidity and can create flat surfaces with minimal deflection, even over large areas.
⑥ Hanging bar at the back

A high-strength structure that suspends heavy, large panels using specialized fittings. Suitable for exteriors and walls in large spaces.
