The typical design of stainless steel is hairline polishing.

\nHowever, this general-purpose finish is vulnerable to scratches and stains.<\/p>\n

Also, when viewed from a distance, the lines that are the design of the hairline finish disappear, making it look like just a silvery metal.<\/p>\n

This is where a little ingenuity comes in.<\/p>\n

For example, general-purpose hairline finishes are available in thicknesses from 0.3 mm to 3.0 mm. (All companies are roughly the same.)<\/p>\n

The hairline finish is a little different for NO.2B (cold-rolled base metal) from 3.0mm to 6.0mm, and for NO.1 (hot-rolled base metal) over 3.0mm.<\/p>\n
