【Mysterious Mirror® Ripples】for a Counseling Room

Itagaki Dental Clinic (Himeji City in Hyogo, Japan)

Adoption example of Mysterious Mirror® Ripples: Ceiling panels for a counseling room
Installation: Matsuya Art Works

Our Mysterious Mirror® Ripples, which creates delicate and organic reflections reminiscent of ripples spreading across water, contributed to creating a fantastical ceiling space in a dental clinic’s counseling room.

Even in a limited space, using these three-dimensional mirror panels on the ceiling allows light to softly diffuse, creating a sense of expansiveness. This contributes to a spatial design that eases patients’ tension and provides a sense of security.

This metallic material is not merely a mirror, but a spatial accent woven from the interplay of light and shape.

Its surface design, which changes expression depending on the viewing angle, brings surprise and beauty to visitors.

This project, successfully balancing design and functionality, is an example of a new approach in medical spaces. We highly recommend it for designers and architects to review.
