“Silver Gray Wrinkle Steel” Artwork Sign featuring the Shiwa Panel®︎

We are delighted to announce the adoption of the “Silver Gray Wrinkle Steel” from the Shiwa Panel®︎ collection as an artwork sign.

The Shiwa Panel®︎ is crafted by folding and wrapping the base plate material, and the Metal Kirim characters are attached. The artwork sign is fixed to the wall using angle-shaped mounting parts attached to the base panel on the back.

The unique space that can only be expressed here, The special space that can only be realized here, A space where your thoughts and dreams reach you exclusively.

The artwork sign is displayed on the wall covered with wooden bark, showcasing the expression of art with the metallic texture.

Present Wine Shop offers a wonderful selection of delicious wines.

The design was created by architect Hirokazu Furumori, who provided design guidance multiple times to achieve a finished product that harmonizes with the simple wooden bark interior.

The material used is all stainless steel, and the characters are cut from Metal Kirim.

The contrast was carefully adjusted during production, and the final coating was done using MaCoat GC to achieve the desired color tone.

The characters slightly float above the “Silver Gray Wrinkle Steel” Shiwa Panel®︎, but it was intentionally adjusted by the owner to create a specific effect.

Summary

We are pleased to have the “Silver Gray Wrinkle Steel” from the Shiwa Panel®︎ series adopted in this exquisite wine shop. It beautifully complements the wooden bark interior, creating a remarkable space.

We extend our gratitude to architect Hirokazu Furumori for providing valuable guidance, which enabled the creation of this splendid artwork sign. Additionally, we appreciate the owner’s efforts in carefully adjusting the installation and character placement to match the atmosphere of the shop.
